Where do you ship to?
We Ship US Wide from Evansville, Indiana!
How long does shipping take?
We ship via USPS for most orders. Shipping times are standard 2-5 business days, excluding holidays!
How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed, it takes 7-10 business days to create!! Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number to the account used when purchasing!
Local Pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is a FREE option at checkout! Directions and pickup location will be sent to the email on file once your order is complete.
How long does it take to process my pickup?
Local pickup orders still require 7-10 business days for order production!
Do you have items ready for pickup?

Processing Times
All orders require 7-10 business days for production. This does not include weekends and holidays. We do our best to get all orders out within turn around time but we can’t offer guarantees without a rush fee.
How long do they last?
We only use high quality products, we use the direct to film method to customize apparel and hats. Direct to film is a commercial grade print that can withstand 75-100 washes with proper care, and has little to no printing limitations! We include care instructions with every order. For the best results do not use ANY heat!
I lost my care card, how do I wash?
- Turn garment inside out
- Machine wash on cold
- Tumble dry with no heat or hang dry
- Do not IRON or use HEAT!
