All packages are shipped via USPS with insurance. Please reach out with any issues or missing packages. We can not be held responsible for packages stolen from your porch, mailbox, or property but we will do our best to help you get it sorted out! Item typically arrives 3-5 days from ten day USPS receives the item. Turn around time for shipped items are 10-14 days to reach your door!
